Brass hexagon nut cover for plumbing equipment

Nuts, bolts or screws are mechanical parts connected by a spiral line between them. According to different materials, a component that must be used in all manufacturing machinery is divided into several types such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals (such as copper).The mechanical principle of connecting the nut, through the screw, turns the screw movement of the nut into a linear movement along the axis of the bolt. The fastening and dismantling of the coupling parts are achieved by tightening and loosening the screws.

Here is our CNC technological process

THE FIRST STEP, after getting the processing confirmation from our customer, we will send the raw material list to our material supplier, at the same time we will check the stock of the raw material.

THE SECOND STEP, our engineer will make the explanation about the processing on the drawing.

THE THIRD STEP, after finishing the preparation of the raw material, we will make the rough machining. Then we will reserve the machining allowance as the drawing requirement.

THE FOURTH STEP, make the heat treatment or precision machining for finishing the parts.
